1. Data controller

The data controller is Leo Giuliodori. For any privacy-related request you can write to 1of1token.info@gmail.com.

2. What data is collected

The site may receive the data you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, email address, card or idea, and the content of your message. Technical browsing data may also be processed by the hosting provider in order to run and secure the site.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Form data is used solely to reply to your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject or, where applicable, the legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries.

4. Processing and retention

The form sends the data to the controller's email address through a PHP script. The site does not store the data in a database of its own. Messages received in the mailbox are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, then deleted once no longer necessary, unless the law requires otherwise.

To limit automated submissions, the server keeps a small private file of request timestamps and keyed hashes of IP addresses, not raw IP addresses or message contents. These records are used for security limits covering up to one hour; expired records are removed when a subsequent submission is recorded. Email is transmitted using an authenticated, encrypted connection to Gmail.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by the email service provider and by the technical providers required to keep the site online. It is never sold nor used for automated marketing. The site contains no analytics tools, profiling or embedded third-party content.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to the processing and, where applicable, data portability, by writing to the controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
